In the world of agricultural trade, transparency is not just an option; it is a necessity. For international buyers seeking high-quality and consistent produce, knowing the origin of the fruit and ensuring the accuracy of documentation is the foundation of a sustainable partnership. At Zaghmarz, we have dedicated our efforts to making the export process transparent and reliable for our customers by providing precise documentation.

Phytosanitary Certificate and Product Safety

For every shipment sent from our sorting center, a phytosanitary certificate is obtained from the Iranian Plant Protection Organization. This document, which is essential for customs processes and entry into target markets, confirms compliance with health protocols. At our sorting center, we strictly monitor all preparation stages to ensure that products—from oranges and tangerines to various greenhouse products—are prepared in accordance with the necessary export standards. For information on the exact supply schedule and product status throughout the year, you can refer to the Harvest Season Calendar.

Proprietary Tracking System: From Orchard to Destination

One of our tools for creating transparency is a proprietary coding system for every shipment. Each carton or crate sent has a code that is also recorded on the invoice. This code is defined in the format (ZF-[Orchard Code]-[Harvest Date YYMMDD]-[Shipment Number]). This system helps the buyer know from which orchard, on what date, and in which batch the product was harvested and packed. This level of traceability helps buyers better manage their received shipments in destination markets.

Quality Control and Laboratory Tests

In addition to internal monitoring at the sorting center, we have made it possible to perform pesticide residue tests upon the buyer's request for each shipment. Providing accurate laboratory reports helps accelerate customs clearance processes in destination countries and creates greater assurance for the buyer. The presence of the buyer or their representative during all stages of preparation, sorting, and packaging of the shipment is also possible for direct quality monitoring.

Transparency in documentation and precise shipment tracking makes the trading process simpler and more secure for both parties. To receive more details regarding the documentation of each shipment or to coordinate an order, please contact our sales team via the Inquiry Form.
