Export
Iranian citrus for Russia, at the height of winter
We ship oranges and mandarins from our own orchards in Mazandaran to Russian importers between October and January — the months when Russia grows no citrus of its own and imports are at their peak. The orchard, the sorting line and the export paperwork are handled by one family, with no middleman in between.

With greenhouse vegetables, supply continues all twelve months of the year. Our citrus window — November to January — falls in the middle of the Russian and Kazakh winter, when there is no domestic citrus production.
Packing and sizing
Sizing and packing
Our standard packing is the single-use plastic crate; cartons are also produced on request. The crates are single-use, so there is no return, no deposit and no back-haul cost for you.
Sizing is done by calibre (weight per fruit in grams), and we set the calibre to the destination market and to the specification the buyer sends us.
Every crate and carton ships with the Zaghmarz Fruit label.
Refrigerated transport is arranged by us or by the buyer, depending on what we agree.

Our documents
Documents
Our documents
- Orchard and packing-house registration · trading licence and company registration documents
- A phytosanitary certificate is obtained from the Plant Protection Organization for every shipment.
- Pesticide residue testing is carried out per shipment at the buyer's request.
Shipment tracking code
Every consignment is given a tracking code, printed on the carton and shown on the invoice. The format combines the orchard code, the harvest date and the shipment number — so any load can be traced back to the specific orchard and the day it was picked.
- Format
- ZF-[orchard code]-[harvest date YYMMDD]-[shipment no.]
- Example
- ZF-A1-260825-003
Payment and Cooperation Terms
Payment terms
- Payment is made in cash when the goods are handed over at our sorting facility.
- The payment currency and its details are agreed between the parties in each contract.
- For high-volume shipments, terms are negotiable.
- The buyer may be present during all stages of preparation, sorting and packing, or may send a representative. Visit times are arranged in advance.
These terms are the general framework for cooperation. Final provisions are set in the contract for each shipment.
